Privacy policy
This policy explains how EtaHub collects, uses and shares personal information, and how you can contact us about it. It applies to the etahub.ai website, the EtaHub waitlist and the EtaHub platform.
What we collect
- Waitlist. Your email address, when you joined, the form you used and the version of the notice you saw, as a record of your consent.
- Accounts. Your name, email address, the workspaces you belong to and a record of how you use the platform, such as processing and AI usage.
- Website visits. Your IP address and browser details, which our servers use to deliver pages, keep logs and stop automated signups.
- Building evidence. Documents and data that you or your organisation upload, such as utility bills, leases and meter records. These can contain names, contact details and account information.
Why we collect it
- To email waitlist members about early access to EtaHub.
- To give account holders access to the platform and their workspaces.
- To organise uploaded evidence, extract information for review and calculate ratings for the assessments you run.
- To keep the platform secure and working.
We do not sell personal information.
Who we share it with
We use service providers to run EtaHub. They handle information on our behalf:
- Resend sends our emails, including waitlist confirmations.
- OpenRouter and the AI model providers it connects to read uploaded documents so that EtaHub can extract information for you to review.
- Cloud hosting and storage providers run the platform and store account data and uploaded documents.
- Google Fonts supplies the typeface on our website, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when a page loads.
Some of these providers are based in the United States, so your information may be stored or processed outside Australia.
Emails and leaving the waitlist
Waitlist members only receive emails about early access to EtaHub. Every waitlist email has a link to leave the waitlist, with no sign-in needed. You can also email enquiries@etahub.ai with the subject “Unsubscribe”; we act on those requests within five working days.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist details while you are on the waitlist. When you leave, we keep your waitlist record, including your consent details and the date you left, only to show that we must not email you again. To rejoin, email us from the same address. We keep account data and uploaded evidence while your organisation uses EtaHub, or as your organisation’s agreement with us says.
Security
We limit access to building evidence to people with the right workspace permissions, and to the upload links an organisation creates. No system is completely secure, and we will tell affected people about a data breach as the law requires.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or make a complaint. Email enquiries@etahub.ai. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

We will update this page when our practices change, and show the date of the latest change at the top.
